ashley, I"m so excited for you. things just always seem to work out your way. except now they only thing we have to work on is getting you a boyfriend so that you will be happy. ha ha, you know i'm kidding.
so after abouth four months of waiting, the "Mammoth" couch that mike bought me for a wedding present FINALLY arrived. no more folding chairs., Oh happy day!! Z gallarie is going to give us a big discount, so now we have about 400 dollars credit....but i don't really like their stuff anyway, unless i have an urge for a glass bowl. to celebrate, mike and i made an impulse buy. sitting in front of the couch is a 32 inch flatscreen tv. we agreed to only use it for movies. Who is this crazy woman! I don't know who I am anymore!
The building next to us just got finished being renovated, and now it's a bunch of art studios. we went on the "gallerie stroll", encountering a bunch of intresting art and wine-o's trying to be intelligent. anyway, we stolled into an "opening exibit" with paintings hanging everywhere. we started noticing a theme amongest the paintings..naked women...and lot's of them. before i knew it, we had walked our way into a party. women with denim-waisted jeans, short haircuts, and not to mention the lack of men gave us the quick clue that this was a very privat party. dyke party if you will. although it's not really groove, at least i know there is a place for everyone. even in utah.
from lack of artisted fullfilment, my friends and i went to our house afterwards and made some of our own. I've been working on a frame collagoue for my room, which will be really cool once it's finished.. our house is comming along. it's fun to put out creative energy in it. Mike got offered a job shooting more weddings on the side. a company saw his photos on the web, and wants to hire him.
mike just put on a movie, so i have to go. see what this tv is doing to me!!
